Habits, choices, behaviors, patterns and food profiles: concepts of clothing in the commensal Ego
Keywords:
eating habits, healthy practices, fast food, postmodern patterns, commensal profilesAbstract
Objective: the objective of locating the determinants in food choices should be categorized, perceiving the food menu as having sensory and perceptive characteristics, external food stimuli. Method: in fact, our comparative method delimits the birth of motivations appropriate to the profiles of each eating practice developed in epistemological studies in England, Switzerland, Brazil and the United States. Results: the result of our studies on the human perception of eating habits obtained postulates of a hermeneutic on a menu of individual and collective consumption, where we can establish a food profile. Regardless of an ethics that qualifies such behavior as a healthy or harmful food profile. Final considerations: we noticed that in the process of individuation, factors such as information, social environment and psychological subjectivities delimit an acceptance or rejection of certain eating practices. Thus, we admit that eating habits depend on a conceptual appreciation that can delimit such practices and collective and individual profiles.
